Searching for Underground bars for a shooting

Hey everybody!

I'm searching for underground bars for shooting a documentary with some ESRA students, so if you know one or if you see one, please answer to this topic. We are searching very small and not know bars. Don't give us some "classics bars" if you can, we are just searching some cool bars!

Lower East Side, East Village. There is so many bars in those neighborhoods, maybe you will find one that fits. Even if it doesn't work out, you can still have a drink in some nice places ^^

Try on the Williamsburg area... in brooklyn, I don't know all the bars in that place here but it's definitely a turning point of the "subcultural" art and music.
